Der KARL®-Hinterschnittanker besteht aus einer selbsthinterschneidenen Ankerhülse und der dazugehörenden Sechskantschraube\n- Die im unteren Bereich zusammengedrückte Ankerhülse wird in das zylindrische Bohrloch gesteckt.\n- Drehend erzeugt der Anker seine Hinterschneidung selbst. Dies geschieht, indem der Stift des in den Akkubohrschrauber eingespannten Setzwerkzeuges wegkontrolliert eingeführt wird. Der Anker wird anhand der Sechskantaufnahme des Setzwerkzeuges angetrieben. Die Ankerhülse wird auf das Ausgangsmaß aufgeweitet. Somit liegt sie immer vollflächig an dem selbst hinterschnittenen Bereich des Bohrloches der Fassadenplatte an. \n- Mit leichtem Druck auf den Plattenhalter (zur Arretierung des Ankers) erfolgt das Eindrehen der Schraube. Die Sperrverzahnung der Schraube gräbt sich als Schraubensicherung in den Plattenhalter ein. Der Anker sitzt nach der Montage spreizdruckfrei im Hinterschnittbohrloch, d. h. die Agraffe kann mit einem gewissen Kraftaufwand noch gedreht werden.\n- Bohrloch, Ankerhülse und Schraubenlänge sind auf die gewünschte Setztiefe und den gewählten Plattenhalter abzustimmen. Dies geschieht, indem der Stift des in den Akkubohrschrauber eingespannten Setzwerkzeuges wegkontrolliert eingeführt wird. Der Anker wird mittels der Sechskantaufnahme des Setzwerkzeuges angetrieben. Die Ankerhülse wird auf das Ausgangsmaß aufgeweitet. Somit liegt sie immer vollflächig an dem selbst hinterschnittenen Bereich des Bohrloches der Fassadenplatte an. \n-\tMit leichtem Druck auf den Plattenhalter (zur Arretierung des Ankers) erfolgt das Eindrehen des abgesetzten Gewindebolzen. Die Sperrverzahnung der Mutter gräbt sich als Schraubensicherung in den Plattenhalter ein. Der Anker sitzt nach der Montage spreizdruckfrei im Hinterschnittbohrloch, d. h. die Agraffe kann mit einem gewissen Kraftaufwand noch gedreht werden.\n-\tAufgrund des auf die Ankerlänge abgestimmten, abgesetzten Gewindes passt die Einschraubtiefe immer und die Montage ist prozesssicher.\n-\tBohrloch, Ankerhülse und Innensechskantbolzen sind auf die gewünschte Setztiefe und den gewählten Plattenhalter abzustimmen. Thus, it always lies fully against the self undercut area of the drill hole of the facade panel. \n- With slight pressure on the plate holder (to lock the anchor), the threaded bolt is screwed in. The locking teeth of the nut dig into the plate holder as a screw lock. After assembly, the anchor is seated in the undercut hole without expansion pressure, i.e. the bracket can still be turned with a certain amount of force.\n- Due to the adjusted thread matched to the anchor length, the screw-in depth always fits and the assembly is process-safe.\n- Drill hole, anchor sleeve and hexagon socket bolt must be matched to the desired insertion depth and the selected plate holder.
